RW Falafel

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup BBQ Corn Chips blitzed in food processor
  • ½ Cup Yellow Corn Chips blitzed in food processor
  • ½ Onion Small Diced
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper Small Diced
  • 2 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Bunch Parlsley Chopped
  • 5 Leaves Mint Chopped
  • ½ Cup Olive Oil
  • Salt+Pepper to taste

This recipe is gluten-free.

Cooking Instructions

  • 1 ½ Cup BBQ Corn Chips blitzed in food processor
    ½ Cup Yellow Corn Chips blitzed in food processor
    Place in mixing Bowl
  • 2 ½ Onion Small Dice
    ½ Red Bell Pepper Small Diced
    2 Garlic Clove Minced
    ½ Cup Cooked Chickpeas
    Sauté in olive oil until onions translucent, S+P to taste
    Cool and add to mixing bowl
  • 3 2 Eggs
    ½ Bunch Parlsley Chopped
    5 Leaves Mint Chopped
    Fold into mixture, form 1.5 oz balls for Falafel and set aside
  • 4 ½ Cup Olive Oil
    Heat oil over medium heat, lightly fry the falafel on all sides, serve with tzatziki sauce
