About Chef John
From a young age John Paul Lechtenberg was already striving to produce a farm-to-table cuisine. After multiple endeavors in various corners of the food space, Chef John found himself back in Santa Cruz in ’09.
From then on he’s had notable positions at Au Midi and most recently, as the executive chef of Hollin’s House. Despite his already storied career Chef John remains humble and true to form -- helping both friends and companies alike to create innovative new dishes.
